Veteran Tammy Kimm, supports a large mechanical engineering team at a global aerospace company. She is a 20-year Navy veteran, who retired in 2001. She was an aircraft engine mechanic with several deployments to the Philippines, Japan, Okinawa and Diego Garcia with additional detachments along the way. She has 2 older children of whom she is very proud. Her son lives in Washington and works construction while her daughter is finishing up her senior year in high school. In her spare time, Tammy supports her organization’s veteran affinity group and focuses on her daughter’s passion for dance.
